At Charles Edwards Solicitors (CES) we offer a confidential and professional service and competitive prices. CES is a small practice specialising in immigration and asylum matters. Legal Aid public funding is available for asylum, detention, bail, and limited human rights matters. Private clients are charged a fixed fee based on the complexity of the case. Where the matter qualifies for public funding and you satisfy the eligibility criteria for legal aid, you will not be charged any fees. A discounted fixed fee may be offered to private paying clients who are receiving minimal state benefits, only in limited circumstances and only at the firm’s discretion. Fees range from £900 in straight forward cases to £1500 in complex cases for Home Office /UKVI applications and start from £1500 in appeal cases.
